Wines to Cellar
This is a range of wines that can certainly be drunk now, but would improve with some aging.
A great rule of thumb is to always buy a minimun of three of the same wine. One to be drunk fairly quickly, so that you know what it taste like and if you like it. Then depending on what you thought of the wine you can best guess when you think it would be singing, two years for example, then try teh second bottle then. From there you can decide again how far to kep the last bottle.
This strategy will give you a better understanding of what heppens to wine as it ages, and when you liek to drink it.
